How many people can a Redmon office accommodate?

We can cost effectively accommodate up to 10 team members. Larger suites are available, and we can assist you’re an weighing your options. 

 

How long does it take to set up an office for me?

Your office will be operational in as little as 24 hours, or as required to accommodate your schedule.

 

How long is my Serviced Office contract commitment?

The minimum contract term at Redmon is one month. Our clients usually sign for 12 months.

 

How is a Redmon Serviced Office more cost effective than renting my own office space?

At Redmon you get the facilities, services and infrastructure of a multinational corporation for less than the cost of a secretary.

As a Serviced Office client you have two fixed costs:

  • Office rental
  • Communication rental (where applicable)

How would a Virtual Office enable me to work from home?

A Redmon Virtual Office is invaluable to your business if you are working from home - or from anywhere - and require:

  • a dedicated receptionist to answer your calls promptly in your company name
  • a prestigious business address for your business cards, letterhead and promotional material
  • a fully equipped boardroom for your meetings
  • our support staff are available to assist you with your business needs, as you require

 

What are the costs involved in a Virtual Office? Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs. You have one fixed cost: your monthly Virtual Office membership fee. For additional services we charge according to   usage.  Plainly, you pay for what you use.

 

How do I become a Virtual Office member?

It’s simple. Sign up online and we will contact you immediately. You simply choose the package[s] and location of your choice, and you will be operational within 24 hours. Or you can choose to sign up via telephone or email.

Yes, simply select a package with call answering. We answer your calls in the company name and transfer all calls, and manage messages according to your instructions. 

As part of our service culture, seek to understand your company culture and reception duties are managed for you based upon these instructions

Your incoming calls are transferred to your home, office, mobile phone - or anywhere in the world. You choose how you want to receive your messages- 24/7 voicemail, SMS text messaging, voicemail to email messaging, or fax.
