How many offices are available for lease?

36 architecturally designed and purpose built serviced offices and suites; varying in size and configuration.

Our offices can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 8 people.

What are your lease terms?

Leases can be arranged to suit your needs; either on a monthly, six-months or twelve-month basis. Tenants have the option to extend their agreement at the end of their lease term.

* Minimum lease term is one month.

How long does it take to establish a service with Redmon Group?

Depending on your specific business requirements, you can occupy an office within 24 to 48 hours.

How are my telephone calls handled and how do I receive my messages?

Your calls are professionally answered in your company name. Detailed and confidential messages are relayed in real-time by e-mail, voicemail, SMS or fax. Calls can be placed directly to your mobile phone or anywhere worldwide; whatever is convenient for you.

24 hour access, 365 days per year via swipe card entry access. A Customer Service Representative and Security Personnel are positioned in the lobby; as well as video surveillance cameras located at all building exits and lift lobby areas.

Are there car parking facilities nearby?

Wilson Parking is adjacent to 200 Queen Street, with 6 levels of wide bay parking. Car parks can be secured on a permanent basis; alternatively, early bird rates are also available for casual users.

We can assist you with securing a car park or you can correspond directly with Wilson Parking personnel.

Major bus routes operate along Queen Street. Nearby train stations are Melbourne Central and Flagstaff. Tram services operate Melbourne's CBD grid. Taxi ranks are located directly opposite our building and service the area at all times.
